History & Certificates
In 1871, the foundation stone was laid for an associated “station restaurant” due to the station building being built.
Emil Will, butcher's shop owner in Scheer,
buys this restoration for his son Josef.
Son Hans and his wife Margret
take over the business. After complete renovation, it is renamed “Restaurant Donaublick”.
The Will family decides to add a conservatory,

Manuela Kiemer, the eldest daughter of the house, recognizes the opportunity to turn it into a guest house and thus further expand the range of hospitality on offer.
In November, Thomas Will joins his parents' business.
He is a trained butcher and chef and has worked at home and abroad.
